Shipping Policy

Shipping within South Africa:

We aim to deliver your order promptly to the address you provide within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping Rates within South Africa are as follows:

  • Checkout Below R1200:

    • Domestic 1 - Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Free State, Kwazulu Natal: R90

    • Domestic 2 - Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape: R120

  • Checkout Above R1200:

    • Domestic 1 - Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Free State, KwaZulu Natal: Free

    • Domestic 2 - Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape: Free

Return Delivery Responsibility:

In the event an order is returned to us due to the courier service being unable to complete the delivery for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Damaged Items:

If you receive items that are delivered damaged, please report such damage to Mulberry - Gallery and Gift Store by email within 48 hours of receipt. This is a necessary step for any claim for compensation to apply.

1. Returns for Exchange:

  • Items ordered from our website can be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for an exchange.

  • To initiate a return, please make sure to provide the purchase invoice and online order number.

  • We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are available.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for any jewelry, accessories, or clothing items that have been worn or are not in their original packaging.

  • Bespoke, personalized, or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Final Sale Items:

  • All purchases of sale items are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be provided for sale items.

4. Shipping Costs and Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

  • We are not liable for any returned items that are not received by us, so we recommend using a reliable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

5. Inspection and Reporting:

  • We kindly request customers to inspect their purchases upon receipt, before removing any tags or disposing of packaging.

  • If you discover any breakages or defects, please inform us via email at within 48 hours of receiving the items.

6. Faulty Items:

  • Faulty items will only be accepted for return if they were delivered to you damaged or if a manufacturing fault arises within 4 months of receipt.

  • All faulty or damaged items will be inspected and assessed at our studio, taking fair wear and tear into account.

  • After assessment, items may be repaired if repair is possible.
